Priority Date Selection

Active Student Groups and Residence Halls

Student clubs and organizations recognized by Student Activities may select dates for the 2018-19 academic year.  Forms must be received by no later than Friday, April 6 to be considered for priority scheduling, and groups will be notified of their date assignments by April 27.  

Groups should:

  • Review the Calendar of Unavailable Dates before submitting request form.
  • Submit their top three choices of recurring meeting or event dates on the Priority Date Selection Form.
  • Submit a separate form for each event / meeting request.
  • Submit an SAO360 request for the activity once you receive notification of your assigned date(s)
